Sharon earned her bachelor’s degree from Auburn University in 1979 and is a Registered Interior Designer and LEED Accredited Professional. With a career spanning forty-three years, she and partner Yvonne Portwood founded The Interiors Studio, LLC in 2006. Sharon enjoys the collaborative design process, working together with owners, architects, and construction professionals to achieve the overall vision for a project. Her 10yr old Corgi, Myles, comes into the office on rainy days – his job is office dog and morale booster.

Yvonne is a NCIDQ certified Interior Designer and a proud Auburn University graduate. With a passion for art and textiles, she brings a refined aesthetic to her designs, which span hospitality country and golf clubhouses, boutique hotels, senior living communities, and multifamily projects. Outside of her professional life, Yvonne is actively involved with the Marietta Museum of Art, contributing as a board member and participating in events such as MCMA Montage and Chalktoberfest, while also enjoying quality time with her grandchildren and grand dogs.

Lauren, a graduate of Georgia Southern University with a degree in Interior Design, has been transforming spaces since 2010. She finds immense satisfaction in bringing her designs from digital blueprints to a tangible environment with thoughtfully selected finishes and furnishings, ensuring every project reflects the clients’ visions. Expressing her dream job in 4th grade as a blend of Martha Stewart and a construction worker, Lauren has always known that she wanted to be an interior designer.

Elizabeth is a design professional with a bachelor’s degree in Interior Design and a minor in Marketing from Mississippi State University (2018). She is passionate about selecting material finishes, lighting selections, and the collaborative design process as a whole. She also thoroughly enjoys curating furniture, fabric, and artwork packages for clients. Elizabeth is a licensed skydiver and a proud pet parent to two cats, Jerry Garcia and Sherlock Holmes.

Isabel, a 2021 Interior Architecture graduate from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, has a particular passion for programming and space planning. She also enjoys brainstorming and drawing custom millwork. Outside of work, Isabel loves spending time with family, friends, and her adorable pet rabbit, Teeny.
